Bay State Equine Rescue Inc. wants to better the community by:
- Educating the public on the proper care and handling of equines
- Educating the community about abuse and neglect
- Educating local schools on the responsibility involved in owning and caring for equines
- Providing horsemanship education to underprivileged children
- Working with local youth agencies to promote animal care awareness
- Providing community service opportunities to interested youth
